Iván joined dentsu in April 2021, bringing with him 15 years of Human Resources leadership experience including extensive experience designing and delivering talent strategies for creative agencies.
Before dentsu, Iván worked across several countries and cultures, with his most recent focus on Creative and Digital Agencies integration for Accenture Interactive including Karmarama, Rothco, Droga5, CreativeDrive, MXM and PacificLink among others. In addition, throughout his career, Ivan has had the opportunity to hold various HR leadership roles including HR Reporting Lead, Global Performance Management Lead, M&A HR Integration Lead and HR Business Partner.
Ivan was born and raised in Argentina but is currently based in Chicago with his family.
