As Chief of Staff, Paola oversees key initiatives aimed at delivering a culture of creativity and creative excellence across the network. As part of the Dentsu Creative global team, she helps strengthen the creative community and builds relationship across our global network. She supports and develops our creative product across our offices and our Cannes presence.
Paola joined us from Saatchi & Saatchi where she was the Creative Excellence Director, working directly into the Worldwide CCO, the creative network and PR/Comms teams to help strengthen the Saatchi brand both internally and externally. She oversaw internal creative projects, such as Young Talent Retention programmes & awards and before that she was the European Awards Director at SapientNitro and spent 5 years working at Cannes Lions in the jury and entries team.
