Barbara Paloc is an acclaimed creative and communications specialist who has worked with some of the most exciting modern brands and cultural properties.
A creative director and art director by training, she began her career at Grey before joining FCB, DDB Paris and then ubi bene. As Creative Director of ubi bene from 2016, she established her approach to integrated communications, demanding both the craft and the idea and driving real impact and fame for her clients.
In 2019, the Paris 2024 Olympic Organising Committee recruited Barbara as Head of Creation. She seized the opportunity with both hands, designing with her team a huge suite of online and offline communication assets, including for the handover ceremonies between Tokyo and Paris.
Throughout her career, Barbara has worked with iconic brands such as Netflix, adidas, Deezer, Winamax and the Equipe de France football team, Her creativity has helped to secure a wide range of prestigious awards, including at Cannes Lions for the Paris Olympics work, and at Eurobest for her innovative activations with Play-Doh and the Netflix series Narcos.
Barbara is a graduate of ESAG/Penninghen, the Paris-based school of art direction. Since 2021, she has also had the pleasure of teaching Digital Activation to students at Le Quatre school in Paris.
