Why the programme?
50:30 is our fluid talent programme, connecting some of our top talent with the best briefs from our clients across our global network.
What is it?
We will leverage our creative teams around the world to radically collaborate while creating access for our clients to the best talent and thinking from across our business. As an example, this means a creative sitting anywhere in the world could be working on a Super Bowl ad.
How does it work?
50 of our top creative talent from around the world spend 30% of their time on cross-market projects. They will have 30% of their time dedicated to this program, enabling them to have the time to work on these projects and help horizontal creativity across our business.
