Gemma is Dentsu Creative’s HR Director across EMEA, responsible for our people and talent strategy across the region.
An experienced HR professional, Gemma has spent the past 8 years in various roles across Dentsu, spanning both Creative and Media agencies. In addition to partnering with business leadership to design and deliver their talent strategy, Gemma has had a strong focus on M&A integration, organisational design, business change, and transformation, including the recent launch of dentsu Creative across EMEA. A passionate advocate of ensuring our industry is accessible to all future talent, regardless of their background or upbringing, Gemma was instrumental in the development of the UK’s social mobility network; Access All Areas and a founding member of its Steering Committee.
Prior to joining Dentsu, Gemma spent two years as a HR Consultant at global law firm, Linklaters, with responsibilities for the firm’s global partner population. Before then, she spent four years in HR roles at The Prince’s Trust.
