DENTSU CREATIVE has appointed the outstanding Jessica Tamsedge, McCann UK & Europe’s Chief Client Officer, as the new CEO for DENTSU CREATIVE in the UK.
Jess has everything DENTSU CREATIVE needs to help fulfil its potential in the UK, working across all of our offices and capabilities to help build a thriving culture, win new business and partnering with media and CXM, deliver scaled modern creativity for our clients.
She has a proven track record of driving growth and profitable relationships with the likes of Microsoft & Xbox, Reckitt, Nomad Foods Europe and eBay. She has ensured global creative recognition for the agency’s biggest clients, leading to McCann being named Effie’s Most Creatively Effective agency network in October. The work includes multigenerational gaming and sustainable commerce for Xbox, which was awarded Cannes Creative Marketer of the Year; commercially and socially impactful campaigns for the likes of Nurofen –addressing the gender pain gap, spurring company-wide change in R&D, clinical trials and NPD; and launching Nomad’s push into plant protein.
Crucially, she is dedicated to DEI, working with a number of organisations in the industry and beyond – from The Women’s Association to NABS and the ASA - to champion fairness, conscious inclusion, and build empathetic, sustainable workplaces for all.
Tamsedge fills the post left by James Morris who had been elevated to CEO EMEA for DENTSU CREATIVE.
