He started his advertising career at Publicis, then Young & Rubican, becoming Creative Director at TBWA, before returning to Young & Rubican as a Chief Creative Officer. He founded MSTF Partners with three others . MSTF Partners became part of the Dentsu Group at the end of 2019.
One of the most awarded creatives in Portugal, his work has been recognised at every international creative festival including Cannes Lions, DA&D, New York Festivals, Eurobest, Cresta Awards, Epica, El Ojo Iberoamerica, FIAP, Latin Spots to name a few. He has also won awards at every national show, leading to MSTF Partners being named Agency of the Year eight times in the last 10 years, and Lourenço himself, twice winning Personality of the Year.
An in demand judge, he has been on the juries of international shows including Eurobest, FIAP, El Ojo, and New York Festivals."
